Featured Project Cover Image

Research Objective

The research aimed to understand users’ behaviours, needs, expectations, and pain points when interacting with blood glucose monitoring devices.

Addressing User Needs and Pain Points

The research was consolidated into structured reports that translated user behaviours, needs, pain points, and key findings into actionable insights. The reports provided a clear overview of the research outcomes and highlighted opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

The deliverables combined qualitative analysis, behavioural patterns, and key research findings to support informed decision-making and guide future product and experience development.

Due to the NDA, specific research data, participant information, and detailed findings cannot be disclosed. The case study focuses on the research methodology, analysis process, and the type of insights delivered.

The main challenge

Was understanding how patients adapt to and interact with different blood glucose monitoring devices, particularly when switching between devices as part of their diabetes management.

The research focused on uncovering the behaviours, needs, frustrations, and expectations associated with these transitions, identifying where changes between devices could create friction, uncertainty, or disruption in users’ routines.

The goal was to translate these insights into clear research findings and actionable recommendations that could inform future healthcare experiences.
